The Planning Connection, Inc. is proud to host the 12th Annual North Central Florida Meeting Planners' Expo on March 1, 2011, at the JW Reitz Union in Gainesville, Florida.

As an exhibitor, you have three different settings to mingle with meeting planners. At lunch, planners and exhibitors are in a casual setting to get to know each other. Meet with planners via appointments. Afterwards, a reception offers another opportunity to be acquainted with meeting planners.

11:00 am- 11:30 am– REGISTRATION
11:30 am- 1:45 pm – LUNCHEON and SEMINARS
2:00 pm- 4:00 pm – APPOINTMENTS
4:00 pm- 5:30 pm – RECEPTION
5:30 pm- 6:00 pm – BOOTH BREAKDOWN

After January 24, 2011,  $525.00

 

Payment must be received by deadline date or higher fee will be charged

Fee includes your campus parking, lunch with meeting planners, seminar, and planner appointments.

Map and directions to JW Reitz Union GPS - there is no physical address. If you can enter an intersection, key in Museum Road and Reitz Union Drive

Only 100 openings are available so reserve your spot early. We have always sold out and reservations accepted are on a first come-first served basis.
