Exhibitor Registration

The Planning Connection, Inc. is proud to host the 12th Annual North Central Florida Meeting Planners' Expo on March 1, 2011, at the JW Reitz Union in Gainesville, Florida.

As an exhibitor, you are offered three different settings to mingle with meeting planners. At lunch, planners and exhibitors are in a casual setting to get to know each other. On the tradeshow floor you have an opportunity to meet qualified planners. Afterwards, a reception offers another opportunity to get acquainted with meeting planners. We often get as many as 160 actual attendees.

Cost: On or before January 21, 2011, $495.00 for one person per table; $25.00 additional for second person at same table.

After January 21, 2011, $595.00 for one person per table; $25.00 additional for second person at same table.

Each tabletop can accommodate two people. You can bring 1 or 2 people from your company or choose to share the table with another property/company. Fee includes your tabletop, plus campus parking, lunch with meeting planners and seminar for ONE.

Only 80 tables are available so reserve your spot early. We have always sold out and reservations are accepted on a first come-first served basis.
