Pre-Register

Register by February 22, 2011 to guarantee your seat for the free lunch and free seminar. After that date, seating will be offered as available. Seating is limited for both events, so register early.

On the day of the event

Registration is available on the day of the event. However, due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee seating for lunch or the seminar. If there are cancellations, we will be happy to include you. Exhibits are open to everyone.

Cancellations

Because seating is limited, please let us know if you cannot attend so that someone else may use your seat for lunch and the seminar via email to: jackie@planningconnection.com.

Professional meeting planners or anyone who plans meetings or events as a part of their job.

No charge, but registration is required.

Parking

The Welcome Center garage next to the J.W. Reitz Union has been reserved for this event. Parking passes will be issued to registered attendees who need one.
